There are too many places to suggest here so below is a list of some areas in London where people like to go after work or at the weekend to have a drink and meet their friends. |

Camden
With a young, student population it's difficult not to have a good time in Camden. Many pubs, bars and clubs feature live music and the area is currently famous because of residents like Amy Winehouse and Pete Doherty.
Old Street
Similar to Camden but for a slightly older, more sophisticated crowd. Bars rather than pubs are the area's main attraction.
Upper Street
The main street in fashionable Islington offers everything you need for a night out, cinema, concert venues, pubs, bars and restaurants. Always busy.
Soho
1 minute from the school, this area is filled with pubs, bars and clubs and is busy every night of the week. The traditional heart of London's nightlife.
Brick Lane
The heart of BanglaTown, famous for good Indian restaurants and fashionable pubs and bars such as the Truman Brewery
Notting Hill
Can be more expensive than other areas but has everything. Traditional pubs such as the Windsor Castle are Madonna's favourite drinking place when in London.
Hoxton
Very popular with the young, artistic crowd, home to the famous Light Bar and many of Britain/s most famous young artists.
